Perch Trips

Perch fishing in Lake Erie is best in Spring or Fall. As the water warms in the spring and cools off in the fall, Lake Erie perch generally form schools, move inshore and are caught fairly easily. Throughout Lake Erie, Yellow Perch tend to be found near or on the bottom. Sunshine Charters fish perch with live minnows on spreaders or perch rigs. Varying the bait on or near the bottom using a jigging motion is the technique that produces the best catches. Sunshine Charters will always burn the extra fuel to ensure a successful fishing trip. Just Look at What We Have Done!
